Sam Heughan Wants YOU...TO GET FIT! #MyPeakChallenge #PeakStreak

Ok, Sassenachs...Sam's put out the call to start getting fit NOW with at least 15 minutes of activity every day for the launch of My Peak Challenge 2106!  To paraphrase Eliza Doolittle:  Move yer bloomin' arses and get fit with Sam! I'm pledging to rotate each day between walking for cardio, yoga for flexibility and weight training for strength...Do it to support +Bloodwise (Sam doesna mind if you use him for motivation!)
